I am an intuitive healing journey mentor. I offer one on one sessions and group courses to help my clients navigate their healing journeys.

The purpose of mentoring sessions is to help clients:
-Activate their agency and learn to heal their whole being Spirit, Soul and Body
with the 3L’s: Love, Let go, and LIGHT!
-Feel seen, heard and loved as they receive inspiration about what could be going on with them on a deeper, more spiritual level and how that could be contributing to their overall health.
-To understand their divine nature and learn about the connection between their spirit, physical body, and their soul (thoughts/emotions/personality) and how these work together in harmony to help them reach their highest potential.
-Gain insight into what parts of them have not fully accepted God’s healing love and peace into their life.
-Gain tools to walk out their healing journey.
During a session I pull from many different trainings, including: Life Coaching, NLP (neuro- linguistic programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), AAT (Abundance Alignment Technique) Christian healing, deliverance work, inner healing, energy healing, mindset mentoring, belief work, visualization training and so much more.
Even with all of these trainings my favorite tool is THE INSPIRING LIGHT (aka intuition, Holy spirit, spiritual senses). I rely on my spiritual senses to lead and guide sessions. I use faith based principles of agency, love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, faith and hope to help clients on their healing journey.
My goal is to provide tools and insight to inspire people into living a more empowered, peaceful and happy life.
